Contact Centre is now open. Please contact them for details of COVID secure arrangements. (See contact details below)
Held twice-monthly, on the second and fourth Saturday afternoons, 2pm-5pm, the Contact Centre provides a venue for children of separated families to meet and spend time with their non-resident parent. The Centre is co-ordinated and staffed entirely by volunteers who aim to create a relaxed and informal environment, acting in a purely supportive role. Families visit from a wide catchment area with some non–resident parents travelling from as far as the Midlands.
On an average Saturday we welcome between 7-9 families. We offer all a warm welcome and a listening ear if needed.
For more information or to request a Referral Form, get in touch on firstname.lastname@example.org or call 07780 606605. The phone isn’t managed continuously so please leave a message and we’ll get back to you.
Guidance on use of social media
While we do not prohibit the taking of photographs during Contact Centre sessions, photographs must only contain images of your own children. Following recent Safeguarding recommendations, we suggest that, photographs of children are not posted on social media.
