The Church is currently divided into three Pastoral Groups through which pastoral care is provided. Each group has a Leader.
The Pastoral Core Group oversees the organisation, running and effectiveness of all aspects of pastoral care. The Pastoral Group Leaders are members of this Core group along with other Church Elders and it is chaired by the Minister. Each church member and those who attend regularly are under the care of a Pastoral Visitor. Most Visitors are Church Elders – serving and non-serving.
The Pastoral Visitors report any concerns direct to a member of the Pastoral Core Group. Pastoral care matters are always high on the agenda at the monthly Elders’ meetings.
